Halloween is just around the corner…and many families are gathering up their costumes, treat bags and treats in preparation for this day. Although there are parts of Halloween that we don’t enjoy (the scary, gory, icky parts), we have still found a way to enjoy the day together with our family. For us, it is an time of getting to GIVE treats away to those who knock on a our door and a way of meeting our neighbors and people in our town.

When it comes to dressing up, we haven’t done a lot of it in the past – mostly because our children were younger. However, they love to dress up now and this year our son is really into superheros and ‘good guys’ and ‘bad guys!’ Hasbro has a great selection of role play gear and masks that will really make your costume stand out. We received the Thor Hero Mask along with the Marvel Thor the Dark World Battle Hammer. The role play masks and gear from Hasbro makes dressing up a cinch, and it’s a fun way to head out and trick-or-treat as you masquerade as one of your favorite superhero’s. In addition to Thor, Hasbro also has masks and accessories for the Hulk, Iron Man and more.

Although our kids do enjoy dressing up, I think their favorite part of Halloween is handing out candy and treats to those who come knocking on our door. This year we have some extra special treats to hand out from Hasbro. The great thing about the treats from Hasbro is that they are treats that can be loved and enjoyed by ALL children (even ones who are on special diets and can’t eat regular candy) and they will also last a lot longer than a sucker or a mini-chocolate bar.

The Blind Bags are the prefect mixture of fun and surprise – and kids LOVE them! Hasbro has a variety of different blind bags available such as the Kre-O Transformers Micro-Changers Mystery Packs, My Little Pony Crystal-Shine Mystery Pony and Littlest Pet Shop Blind Bags. Little boys will love the Kre-O Transformers and little girls will adore those pony figures and littlest pet shop characters. These are perfect treats without the sweet to tuck into the pails and bags of the children who come to your door.

Another great option to have on hand is the Play-Doh Halloween Bag! Each bag contains 15 mini-cans of Play-Doh. You can hand these out at your door, use them at a Halloween Party or even bring them to school for your child to share in the classroom on Halloween! There are loads of possibilities and it’s great to be able to hand out a treat that encourages creativity.

As you can see, Hasbro has Halloween covered – from treats to hand out to friends or trick-or-treaters to masks and other accessories to use with your costumes this year. Happy Halloween!
