Sweeten Up Your Life

Do you have a sweet tooth? I have to admit that I used to have a real bad sweet tooth! Since finding out exactly how unhealthy all the processed sugars and foods were for me I have managed to curb my sweet tooth somewhat, but I will also admit that it’s still there to some extent. 😉 The difference these days is that I try to find healthier way to make my sweet tooth happy.

One of these ways is by using Organic Stevia Leaf Extract Powder from Nature Restore. This stuff is a healthy, natural, no calorie alternative to standard sugar. Not only that but it is 300 times sweeter than sugar so a little bit goes a looooong way! A small bit into your smoothie, or mixed in with some plain yogurt, or used in baking…there are many, many different ways to sweeten your food with Nature Restore’s stevia extract powder. It’s easy to use and easy to store and since you only use such a small amount of stevia at a time the 8 ounce bag will contain enough stevia extract powder for about 80-90 servings!

I’ve learned a few new things about stevia from Nature Restore as well. For example, did you know that stevia has been used by locals in South America for near 1,500 years? So it’s not a new sweetener by any means and I love that it has been tried and tested for many years and has still come out as one of the top healthy sweeteners. In addition to that, there are many different glycosides (source of sweetness) that are found in the stevia plant. Nature Restore has ensured the best quality by choosing to make their stevia extract powder from 80% Reb-A (which is the least bitter of all the glycosides).

The Organic Stevia Extract powder contains no additives or extras and is a pure, healthy, beneficial way to sweeten things up a little bit in your home!
