Imagine, Inspire, Construct, Play! ~ GIVEAWAY!

63103_landmarkToys. Let’s face it…there are so many toys out there to choose from. I’ll admit it…I started out like many other parents who enter the parenting world and think that pretty much every toy looks like fun and that the best thing would be to have plenty of toys to play with in our home. Since then I feel that I’ve gained some wisdom in this area…and that the amount of toys and the variety of toys in our home really isn’t important. Instead, I look for specific toys that can be played with in many ways and enjoyed with a variety of ages. Toys that inspire the imagination…that encourage creativity and toys that can be played with alone or together with their siblings or friends. These types of toys are more difficult to find.

Over the last few years we’ve found a few favorites that have all these features and that kids of all ages thoroughly enjoy! It’s none other than Magformers. Magformers are amazing. They contain a variety of geometric shapes and inside each shape are Neodymium Rare-Earth Magnets. These guarantee that your Magformers will connect easily and quickly to each other. They are so easy and fun to build with – I’ll even admit that I can get caught up in building with Magformers and creating some unique structures of my own. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Simply put, it’s a magnetic building toy that allows childrens’ imaginations to imagine and build and be inspired.

img_0741One of our favorite sets is the Magformers Landmark set. This set comes with 174 pieces (17 different geometric shapes) and allows you to build landmarks that are over 2 feet tall! It’s SO fun to see our kids building the Eiffel Tower, the Empire State Building (pictured on the left), the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and more! There are bridges, pyramids and all sorts of great landmark building ideas which are all included in the step-by-step idea book. The Landmark Set was the perfect way to help our kids celebrate learning this fall.

The idea/instruction bookletย  included in this kit has ideas that are difficult, moderate and easy, so even the younger ones in our home were able to follow instructions and build their own little creations! Our four year old built a helmet (pictured below) from the instruction book, and even our two year old LOVES Magformers. He has his own way of playing…usually connecting them all together to make a big line of Magformers that stretches across the living room. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Almost every single day I see at least a few (or all!) of our kids who range from ages 2 to 10 years playing with Magformers. Our living room floor almost always has at least one section of it that is covered in Magformers or cool magnetic creations.

img_0765Honestly, I can’t say enough great stuff about Magformers! They have all the aspects of a GREAT toy, they are high quality (we’ve never had any break!), all their sets are compatible with each other, they are colorful and fun, they can be enjoyed by any age, they are a unique gift idea and they are even easy to store.

Magformers has many different sets to choose from. You can start small and slowly build your collection. There are classic sets, themed sets, educational sets and more! You’ll definitely want to take a peek at all the great sets that Magformers currently offers.

Magformers is excited to help one of our readers start their own Magformers collection. One of our readers will win the Rainbow 30 set! In order to enter please follow the instructions on the form below. Open to Canada & USA only. Contest ends October 13, 2016.
