    I need to make an adjustment to the portions of foods that I make for dinner, by increasing the protein & vegetables and decreasing the carbs.

    Last yr I started making healthier choices. I had to go into emergency surgery for a hernia and I quit drinking pop completely. I started walking the 4 months I was off of work and tried to walk at least 20km each day as I generally walk 22 when at work and didn’t want to get out of shape. Between the walking and no pop I lost 20lb
