DK Discovery Day ~ LEGO Absolutely Everything You Need to Know! ~ GIVEAWAY!

LEGO is one of the most popular toys in our house. I’d have to say that it’s one of the few toys that gets played with almost every day. There is one other thing that we use EVERY single day in our house too though – and that is books. I love books. I love reading to our kids, with our kids and watching our kids venture out on their own into the world of books and reading. So….now you put those two things together and add in some DK Canada and you get a fabulous book titled:  LEGO Absolutely Everything You Need to Know. I don’t know about you, but that is a perfect fit for our home. 🙂

LEGO Absolutely Everything You Need to Know is ideal for any LEGO fans. It’s great for those who love to read and even for those who may not find as much pleasure in reading. The book will certainly capture the attention of anyone who enjoys LEGO and the brick-sized bites of trivia make it ‘readable’ for all types of readers or ages.

There are some really cool facts in the book too. For example – did you know that 68,000 LEGO pieces are created every minute? Or that you’ll find a LEGO croissant piece inside 44 LEGO sets? Haha….I can’t say I’ve ever considered the answers to some of these questions, but to a LEGO fan, these tidbits and facts are a lot of fun! Our son loves sharing obscure or unique facts with others, so this book was right up his alley. LEGO Absolutely Everything You Need to Know from DK Canada makes a great gift idea for the builders (or readers!) in your home. It is practical, fun, and filled with great LEGO facts that you can use to amaze those around you. 😉
